About Veronica
I did all the things that were supposed to make me happy. I got married, I had 2 children, I balanced my home and career, I had an actual white picket fence. Everyone told me I would be happy when I got to that spot in my life. But I wasn't happy. I created a life based on social approval and family expectations. I didn't want a house in the suburbs, one vacation per year, or designer clothing. One day I decided to become a minimalist. A little while later I decided to become a nomadic family. People had all sorts of negative stuff to say which they disguised as concern for my well being. My family for 4 fits into 6 suitcases and we've lived or long term stayed in 4 countries over the past 2 years. Currently we live in Tokyo Japan.
