Extraordinary Asian Women

3 Ways to Stand Up for Yourself with Leslie Lew

Claudia Chan Episode 18

I am so excited to bring back this wonderful guest, Leslie Lew! I'd interviewed her once before, and I can call her my soul sister!

Leslie and I chatted about how to stand in your power through your mind, body and soul. So many times, Asian women are afraid to fight back, because they believe they lack in the physical strength. But the first thing Leslie teaches is to help you shift your mindset first, before tapping into the use of your voice and body.
