I immigrated to Toronto, Canada from Hong Kong in 1991. I grew up the "Good Chinese Girl". I worked hard, studied hard, found a job. But I wasn't satisifed.
I tried many different things because they captured my interest. I'd put a lot of work into it, but I'd lose interest, believing that it wasn't what I was looking for, or that it wasn't meant for me.
Then I learned that I was the one holding myself back. I believed that I didn't have what it takes, or that I wasn't good enough. I also believed that I didn't deserve what I was asking for, or if I dream too big it would mean I'm selfish or greedy.
Life coaching helped me see that my beliefs are not true. It changed the way I see things and approach life.
I believe that we all have dreams that we want to pursue. I want to show you that you can do what you want in your life, and to inspire you to dream bigger!
